The working principle of the semi-automatic dry-mixed mortar production line:

Bulk cement and fly ash can be pushed into the pot through pump truck without hoisting equipment. Dry sand and finished products need to use the bucket elevator lift to enter into the bucket. Artful material distribution system supports distribution operation with one bucket elevator, avoiding the waste of resources. With the cooperation of the measuring spiral, measuring system can realize accurate measurement of raw materials through the feedback sensor. When the materials are measured, they will be conveyed to the raw material storehouse of the upper part of dry mortar mixing machine through screw conveyor. Raw material storehouse is the pneumatic type, which can quickly put the material to dry mix mortar mixer, realizing continuous production of dry mortar.
